V-Blast Brown Fused Aluminum Oxide (VBFA) is a high-quality virgin material produced from certified crude, carefully crushed, and screened to meet strict industry specifications. This abrasive is created by fusing a blend of calcined bauxite (alumina), coke, and iron filings at 2000ºC, then reducing the mixture to remove unwanted oxides. After cooling and solidifying, the aluminum oxide is processed into a wide range of grit sizes, making it versatile for various applications.
